Now in its thirty-third year, SH Publications LLC, under the guiding hand of owner Susan Hinnen, has been paving the way for quality, results-oriented magazines since 1975.

Beginning with the creation of Homes Illustrated, and transitioning in the mid 80s to the present Homes for Sale publication, Sue has continually provided both realtors and developers with the visual media necessary to best showcase their properties.

In 1995, observing the absence of a regional lifestyle magazine, she began Colorado Springs Style; its quality and elegance quickly attracting an affluent, well educated readership on a multi-state level.

Following suit, 2007 brought the addition of The Collection, a bi-monthly publication that profiles the design and amenities only offered in the exclusive high-end home market. Together THE POWER OF THREE was born.
